About me
I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor registered with the BACP, and a psychotherapist in advanced clinical training, currently completing my MSc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute. I work relationally and integratively, offering a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space.

Individual Therapy
Support with anxiety, low mood, stress, burnout, self-esteem, boundaries, life changes and recurring relationship patterns.
Couples Therapy
A space to explore communication difficulties, trust, conflict, emotional distance and recurring relationship patterns. My role is to support both partners without taking sides.
Location and fees
Face-to-face sessions take place in Fulham, SW6, within easy reach of Putney. The full address is provided when an appointment is confirmed. Online sessions are also available.
- Initial consultation: £65 face-to-face / £60 online for 50 minutes
- Individual therapy: £65 face-to-face / £60 online for 50 minutes
- Couples therapy: £95 for 60 minutes
